Our labor and material-based warranties carry the guarantee of the company that manufactured the materials. As the installer we proudly stand by our work, but if a component of your roofing system ever fails you’ll rest assured knowing that the company that made it also stands behind their work.

Why We Don’t Offer “Long Term Workmanship Warranties”
Many roofing companies make promises they can’t keep in the form of “long term workmanship warranties”. These types of guarantees are often structured to prevent home and business owners from ever receiving any benefit. Moreover, many of the roofing companies that offer such warranties don’t survive long enough to ever make good on their promises. Our workmanship warranties last between 2 to 5 years, which is more realistic than the 15 to 20 year warranties offered by many roofing companies.
